Do you have 2 condos together?

Check the map for rentals that are next to or close together. Then select for the available dates and request for them separately.

Can we have a late check out?

Yes, up to 3 additional hours (until 2pm) at $25/hour, but only if available – meaning, if there is not another renter arriving the same day in the same unit. To secure a late check out please call the office the day before the check out date. Late check outs must be verbally confirmed with IVCC Staff. Messages and emails are not accepted.

What time of year/season is best for skiing?

Is golfing available for guests that aren’t staying onsite?

No, only available to Country Club members & renting guests.

How soon ahead do I need to book for holidays?

It is best to book Labor day, Memorial day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas 4 to 5 months in advance.

Is there a workout facility onsite?

At present, no.

How much is golf?

Golf is one of the FREE amenities offered to Innsbrook’s members & renting guests.

Are your condos pet friendly?

There are only 2 units that are pet friendly.

Do your condos have washers and dryers in the units?

Yes, all but 4 condos have washers & dryers.

Is there a rental available with a pool table?

Yes, Townhomes 53, 43, and 15.

Is one night free with a week stay?

Yes, if reservations are booked for 7 nights then guest will receive credit for 1 night. This does not apply for any holidays.

Is there a Ski Apache discount for staying at Innsbrook Condos?

No.

Is the golf course open year-round?

Yes, weather permitting. The only time play on golf course is not permitted is when there is snow on the greens.

What is the nightly rate?

Rates vary by unit and dates. There are 4 different rates. You can find a complete list of units and their rates on the Rentals page.

What is the process for reservations?

The rental process begins when a reservation request is submitted online. That request will hold the unit for up to 72 hours with guest’s name on it. Office will call to confirm the reservation within those 72 hours. Or guest may call to confirm if they do not want to wait the 72 hours. Reservations are secured by giving verbal confirmation with a credit card to Innsbrook Staff. Leaving a message with a credit card number does not count as a verbal confirmation. Guest MUST speak to one of Innsbrook’s working staff members.

What form of payments do you accept?

Credit cards only.

When is the off season?

Off season begins January 3rd or 4th to the Wednesday BEFORE Memorial Day Weekend.

What is the cleaning fee?

Cleaning fees vary on the size of the Townhomes and Condos. You can find a complete list of units and their cleaning fees on the Rentals page.

Are the condos fully furnished with bedding and cookware?

Yes, all you need to bring is yourself, your groceries, and your personal toiletries.
