Can you picture it? Birds chirping peacefully in the pines overhead. Water from the central fountains gently splashing across the pond. Ducks paddling past, curious if they might delight in a few crumbs thrown their way. Ideal ambience for a relaxing day with the family. Oh? A bite! Our well-stocked waters and beautiful grounds provide the perfect recipe for a calm day of fishing with bursts of excitement.

Rent a condo or townhouse with us to have access to our private pond which is stocked with trout for fishing. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings while taking some much needed downtime by fishing and experimenting with different bait such as crickets, nightcrawlers, minnows or artificial baits. This activity is perfect for the whole family and can make memories that will last a lifetime.

Aside from our private pond there are three other family fishing spots right in Ruidoso. Fish for rainbow trout in the Ruidoso River and Grindstone Reservoir. Alto Lake has winter trout and summer channel catfish. While our guests won’t need a license for our private class A pond, you would need one for any of the other locations in Ruidoso that are mentioned. You can obtain a one-day fishing license, five day or annual fishing license online. Children under the age of 12 or adults over the age of 69 can fish without a license in New Mexico.
